Free Shipping Special
Free Shipping via FedEx SmartPost on domestic continental U.S. orders over $64.00 (excludes HI, AK and APO's/DPO's). Offer does not apply to items on the "Gallery" or "Showcase" pages, phone orders, in-store purchases, or international orders. Some items are excluded from Free Shipping, including but not limited to: Garden Animals by Francis Metal Works, Wall Frames, Large signs or prints, Wine Dispensers by Funky Rock.
General Shipping Options
Our Standard shipping option is $7.95 to ship via FedEx SmartPost or USPS Priority Mail. The Woods ships by Federal Express and USPS via SmartPost, FedEx Home Delivery,Second Day Air or Next Day Air services to addresses in the continental United States. The Woods does NOT ship internationally, on any shipping service. The Woods only ships to Hawaii, Alaska, APO's/DPO's, or outlying US Territories when you call for a shipping price quote.

NOTE: Second Day Air and Next Day Air packages ordered after 2 pm CST will NOT ship until the next business day.

Orders under 9 lbs. may be delivered by the US Postal Service via SmartPost. Shipping time for SmartPost packages is typically 3 - 9 days.

Please call and ask for a Shipping Price Quote with your order in the following circumstances:
If the item(s) you ordered (when boxed) may be over 108" in girth + height and thus considered "Oversized" by FedEx Standards.
If you'd like your items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO's/DPO's, or outlying US Territories.
- We cannot ship oversized packages to P. O. Boxes.
If you have a WoodWick Candle that is not burning properly, or have another issue with the quality of your candle, your options are:
- If you DID NOT purchase the candle from this website, call 800-243-1776 to contact Newell Brands, the company that owns WoodWick Candles.
- If you DID purchase the candle from this website and if your candle is less than 25% burned through, follow the procedures below for "Online Purchases" to return the candle to us, enclosing a note to describe what the candle is doing (or not doing, as the case may be). We will send you a new candle of the same type if it is in stock. If your candle is not in stock we will send you another candle of your choice. This option is ONLY for those customers who ordered from this website and return their gift receipt with the candle.
IN-STORE PURCHASES: For the Return Policy on in-store purchases refer to your receipt. For items returned without a receipt we will issue a Store Credit or Gift Card.
ONLINE PURCHASES: Any items you purchase may be returned when accompanied by the original receipt. If the items are received by us in like-new condition, you will be credited for the price of the item (less any discount). Gourmet foods, Halloween and Christmas are not returnable. For items returned (at your shipping expense) without a receipt we can send you a replacement item or items.
