1 bag Jalapeño Cornbread Mix
2¼ cups buttermilk or milk
3 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 375˚F. In a medium bowl, combine jalapeño cornbread mix, milk, eggs, oil, and sugar. Stir to mix. Pour into well greased 9″x13″ pan or large skillet and place in oven. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Yield: 12-14 servings.
Ingredients: Self-Rising White Corn Meal (Non-GMO Corn Meal, Salt, Baking Soda, Phosphate), Dried Jalapeños (Dehydrated Green Jalapeño Peppers). GLUTEN FREE.
